The activity title will be the first thing a consumer will see, so make sure it is clear what type of activity it is, who it’s for, etc.

Example: instead of just “Pebbles”, include “Pebbles: climbing for age 4-6”

Example: instead of “Bootcamp”, include “Outdoor Bootcamp” if it takes place in a park.

Example: instead of “Badminton”, include “Beginners Badminton”.

NB including such information in the title should not be at the expense of including the fields listed further on in this form. Include as much information about your activity as possible across all the fields available to you.

If you don’t provide images, then we (and other digital services and products) use generic stock photos for each activity type, which can be confusing if it's not fully representative of your activity.

Activity Scheduling Information

An activity can be scheduled in 3 repeat frequencies:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly

The repeat number then dictates how often the activity occurs within this repeat frequency:

1 Day/s = occurs every day
2 Day/s = occurs every 2 days
1 Week/s = occurs every week
2 Week/s = occurs every 2 weeks
1 Month/s = occurs every month
2 Month/s = occurs every 2 months

Within Week/s, you can specify on which days the activity occurs (e.g. Mon, Wed & Fri).

Within Month/s, you can specify on what date the activity occurs (e.g. 14th of each month).

Within all repeat frequencies, you can specify if the activity occurs more than once on those particular days (e.g. 9am, 2pm & 6pm).

The repeating schedule must then be ended using either:

End Date = Occurs from the Start Date until 30/10/2025, in accordance with the repeating schedule.
Number of repeating sessions = Occurs from the Start Date for 20 sessions, in accordance with the repeating schedule.

You then have the choice of specifying whether there are any date exceptions to the schedule. For example:

The class repeats once a week on a Thursday but on one particular Thursday you have a doctors appointment. In this case, you would enter the date of that Thursday.
The class repeats on a Mon, Wed and Fri, every week, but on one particular week you're away on holiday. In this case, you would enter the date of Mon, Wed, Fri of that week.

Ultimately, the Booking URL is the call to action that takes a customer from an acquisition to a conversion. However, we understand not all activity providers have online booking.

In many cases, your booking software will provide, or generate, links to online bookings. Ideally, the link provided here will take the customer directly to the webpage that they can book the activity entered into this form. If not, then a generic link to your booking page at the very least.
